If I get a call asking if I still interested in a position for a job and to come in for a second interview does that mean I got the job?

No it doesn't. It certainly means they are interested. It's a good sign for sure. But it doesn't mean you have the job, cause if they are 100% sure they want you, they won't waste time with meeting you again. They'd just have you sign a contract.
