Just curious.

If he/she is attractive, you'll enjoy looking at the person and enjoy his/her company but you might get distracted more easily or feel less comfortable in the workspace in order to not embarrass yourself in front of him/her or give off a bad impression. With an ugly person you would most likely not care.

Sorry, dude. But that sounds like such a female way of thinking. I honestly could not vote. I don't care one way or another what my co-workers look like. No doubt, it's definitely great if I get to work with an attractive girl, but it's neither a requirement for me or a preoccupation.

Also you gotta remember: so-called "attractive" women at work, by conventional standards, can also create trouble if they want because they know guys are so into them. And while you're being so happy to work with them, meanwhile they're using your adoration to try to become your supervisor or at least move ahead of you when you've been there longer and know more.
