Office politics a bitch colleague thinks she owns the company even though bottom position dweller and some manager with undertone racist remarks such as shooting up the place, etc trying to catch me in the act

Your colleague sounds like a total power tripper. Don't let her get to you - she's just insecure in her own position. As for the manager making racist "jokes", that's super uncool and unprofessional. Don't give them the satisfaction of seeing you upset.

If it were me, I'd just keep my head down and do my job well. Try not to engage with their drama. If the racist comments cross a line, you could report it to HR. Otherwise just ignore them - they're probably jealous of you moving up legitimately.

Focus on building relationships with coworkers who respect your work. That can be your support system. And start looking out for other job opportunities, in case things get worse. You don't deserve to deal with that toxic environment long term.
