Should I bring a dictionary to memorize to keep me busy during my 8-14 hour flight?

I want a book that can keep me busy for weeks and weeks cause I have multiple plane rides next month and I read very fast so I might go through 800 pages in 2 days.

That would be a boring read, hard to sustain and you'd retain very little of it if anything. If you're going to read something on a plane, pick something interesting to you – they'll probably use one or two words or terms that will be new to you and will expand your vocabulary in a meaningful way.
