So... I've had a very very horrible week. I've had to deal with 8 babies all week by myself at my job. So theyve been overworking me a lot. And I'm not sleeping well, I've been tired, and just feel horrible. Ik literally at work now waiting to get off an a little more than an hour, crying for no reason that I can think of. And trying to make sure my coworkers don't see. And I just need to rest...

It's your choice what you want to do cause I do not have a right to tell you to work even harder if I am not working there with you. If you want better sleep, chamomile tea can help and is usually affordable in most western countries but your not a bad person for wanting a break, it's just whether you think you can take a break and still have your management team keep you around.

Your employer is not going to want someone struggling doing the job. They should expect you to take a day off. to rest. If you do that, though, let them know as soon as you can so that they can adjust others to cover for you.

As a possible alternative, perhaps you can just take a half-day off and come in late. I did that a few times in my office job, when I just wasn't rested enough to do my job correctly. I never had a problem with my boss accepting that.

if you’re gonna do that you better tell them right now so they can get a replacement for you for the morning. I think you should adjust your schedule talk to a supervisor that’s not fair to overwork you like that one person

You might want to take off tomorrow. You seem a little emotionally unstable to be dealing with people's children. I know we all go through things but crying for now reason is a problem you might be on thr verge of having a nervous breakdown

It's okay to take a day off, that way you don't overwork yourself. You deserve a break once in a while. It sounds like you are a very hard worker, which your job probably appreciates and would probably let you. It's not unprofessional.
