Is it okay to apply and mention that I had an interview with them previously?

It actually went well last time, I was the one to mess up and go by an advice/suggestion of an amatuer and so the HR told me "bye" indirectly.

Now I want to apply again, should I mention that I applied or had an interview with them or not? As it was a good one.

Or just apply as if nothing, and when we meet I mention it if they did?

Hmm that's a tough one dude. On one hand, mentioning you interviewed with them before could show you're really interested in the company. But there's also a risk they might think you weren't a good fit if it didn't work out last time. I'd maybe leave it off your application for now. When you go in for the new interview, I think it could help to briefly acknowledge the first time and take responsibility for what went wrong. Something like "I interviewed with you all last year and appreciate you taking the time. Looking back, I realize I should have trusted my own judgement over outside advice. I've learned a lot since then and believe I'm a stronger candidate now." Keep it casual but own your mistake. As long as you can show you've grown, bringing it up to the interviewer directly seems better than noting it on the application where they might see it negatively. Play it cool and trust your skills - you got this bro!

Ah yeah man, no worries then. At this point just focus on letting your application and qualifications shine through. Like I said, if you do get an interview, that's when I'd casually bring up the previous time. But you're right, no sense stressing about it now.

The application is out of your hands. Best thing to do is keep yourself busy with other stuff so you're not just sitting around thinking about it. Go play some ball with the guys or catch up on your shows. I'm sure you did a killer job on the app, so just try to be patient now and see what happens.
