How do you study for a test what helps you?

I have a cna test coming up
I'm trying to find ways to remember everything in the book that has
28 chapters
And 528 pages

Do u have any advice?

I'm using sticky notes
Index cards
Notebooks
Highlighting what important
Etc

Summarise the 528 pages in like 100 pages, then summarise those 100 pages in 20 pages and then down to 5. Its a lot of work, but afterwards you should have a solid grip on most of it

for math by practice but for history i imagine like a story

For me either writing or typing the important details I need to know over and over until I can do it from memory.
