Hey sis, don't be so hard on yourself! Job hunting is brutal and it's definitely not a reflection of your worth. Here are a few things I'd recommend:
- Take a breather from apps for a bit to prevent burnout. Do something fun to cheer yourself up.
- Reach out to your network - friends, fam, classmates etc. Sometimes jobs are filled internally before posting.
- Optimize your resume/LinkedIn with your best skills highlighted. Have others look it over too.
- Consider temp agencies or freelance gigs as a stopgap for income coming in. Lots of remote options now too.
- Look at transferrable skills - could you do something adjacent to your field even if not the exact role?
- For motivation, think of cool things you wanna do once you're making money again! Stay positive.
- As a last resort, check local assistance programs for help with bills or food if needed short-term.
Don't lose hope - the right opportunity is out there. This is just a bump, not your whole life. Keep hustling and you'll find something, I know it. You got this sis! Lemme know if you need help with anything, 'kay?
