Why do my hours get cut every other week yet my coworkers hours always remain the same?

I was hired before two of my coworkers even though one of my coworkers and I started working on the same day but she is a part time employee. My other coworker started a week after I did and she is a full time employee like me if that even matters

Could be anything from them speaking to the mangers to have more hours or u getting unlucky or you manager not liking you

Their hours have never been cut from the time I started working with them and as far as I know the General Manager likes me.

Your right I should ask her whenever I go back to work on Friday from being sick these past few days since I have to give her my Drs note which will be a great opportunity to ask her how come my hours get cut every other week and my coworkers hours don’t?

Attitude can play a big role over longevity in a job. If they have more respect, consistently on time, zero complaints, or just plain do the job better... they can advance. Lots at play.

It could be your availability or the employer thinks they are better workers. Can't tell without knowing more about it.

I’m a full time employee, I can work any day. They aren’t better workers than me because they don’t clean up after themselves, They use expired stuff, They forget to put stickers on stuff, They forget they already have products that they are using so they decide to open new stuff, They waste time talking, They waste time on their phones, and they are slow. So our General Manager is the one that makes the schedules but we have our own manager in our department who by the way they are buddy buddies with if that even matters.

They don't like you and or you are bad at your job

As far as I know my general manager likes me and she along with the rest of my coworkers from other departments say I’m faster than the other girls so it can’t be any of those two reasons.
