Do famous colleges guarantee jobs?

will attending ivy colleges guarantee finding better jobs? if so, how does the process work? thanks.

I got an MBA at Pepperdine Univ. and that helped me with jobs, but that is not the only answer to employ-ability...

i am fully aware that PERSONALLY getting to know people helps a lot, but i have a few friends who attend harvard and cornell, so i wanted to ask if they had any advantages in terms of job oppurtunities.
