You'd have to start something revolutionary that's wanted worldwide like flying cars and an aerial road system that syncs with GPS. But even then it's likely to only get you to billionaire status like Elon Musk. Only in many years once inflation gets even higher than it is right now will there be trillionaires.

So far as I'm aware, there has never been a trillionaire before. Plus, a trillion as a thousand billions, which itself is a thousand millions, which itself is a thousand thousands.
