If Trump gets 22% of black voters, it isn't because they love him, it's they've awakened to the fact that Biden is a racist hypocrite who talks out of both sides of his mouth.(Same with Muslim and Arab voters who realize Biden is anti-Arab and anti-Muslim.)

But as for “just keeping jobs for white men”. Well I hope if you or a loved one ever needs a surgical operation it’s by a properly qualified surgeon NOT a DEI awarded applicant. Right, in most cases, as we were kept out of educational and occupational opportunities. Funny how the left stabbed Jews in the back and hard after the October 7th terrorist attack in Israel. In reality Jews were no longer considered “intersectional” for quite some time simply because they tend to be financially successful. But they were also major financial supporters of the DNC for decades (George soros, the disgraced Sam bankman fried, etc). But now the left turned on them the democrats might find they bit the hand that feeds them.
But again this isn’t really about race, gender, sexuality orientation/identity. It’s about COMMUNISM. And I am seeing more and more leftists identify as such. In fact just this weekend I saw several leftists wearing hammer and sickle T-shirts at an event in my hometown.

Yes, in government you see it all the time. People are hired according to race. Nobody care if they are incompetent because they will also hire a competent person not in the protected class tha twill do the work.
The protected (white) class has ALWAYS gotten the promotion.

He had a hit TV show, was in movies, made billions in real estate, has a huge private plane which you could not even afford the fuel for or even the airport fees, he became one of 45 presidents of this country, he has power and influence even now as Europe rebuilds their militaries due to his comments on Nato… it goes on and on. I was told that If a minority interviewed for the job which was a computer technician that I had to hire them even though a more qualified person also interviewed, Basically I had to get stuck with somebody who would not be a good employee and my other techs would restn this person because they could not do the job and could not be fired.
I actually got in trouble because I refused to comply.

The best glimmer of hope is that Generation Z is 1.33 times more likely to identify as LGBTQAI than REPILKISCAM.

Anyway one thing I hate I mean I REALLY hate is the América far left media. Because they broadcast worldwide giving foreigners a very twisted and distorted view about what the USA is really about.
They will fixate on isolated incidents like the Charlottesville riots and especially J6 riots for exponentially long extended amounts of air time. But when the BLM riots burned down our cities, did over $2 billion in damage and got over 30 people killed (including innocent black people) it’s consider “most peaceful protests”. Funny how after J6 happened any mention of what destruction BLM to our country was quickly forgotten by our mass media.
@blueonblack22 I am not following this conversation but your last comment was spot on. He has no idea what is going on as it is all filtered ny the media. He also has social programs that are possible because Canada does not spend enough money on defense as agreed to with Nato. Europeans are waking up to their own short fallings there and the danger it represents but Canadians will continue to cheap out. If China ever lands and makes a base there we should nuke parts on Canada without their consent. They did it to themselves.

@blueonblack22 Biden is -resident and has not protected us on fentanyl. The democrats look the other way in this issue as well. And the electorate lets them. So yes other countries are stirring the pot but our leaders and voters allow it. We need a leader that will bring us together and that can’t ha—en for at least another 4 years.

I do not support nepotism either. But those are usually isolated occurrences and the favored relative is under a lot of pressure not to screw up. With DEI you are not expected to perform well given the bigotry low expectations. It’s a the most insidious type of prejudice. Because it’s an intoxicating poison for the recipients.
@blueonblack22 President Trump had issues hiring people and after a few disastrous picks he hired his own family because he needed people he could trust. It was one of the few big problems with his administration. There was nothing illegal about what he did but the optics were not great. I suppose it was not as bad as having a son that acted as the bagman in the family influence peddling organization.
