I am already fluent in 3 languages with basic knowledge of 2 more.
If I had to choose another language, then it would be either Greek, Japanese, Mandarin or Russian.
Knowing 4 or 5 of those languages will enable you to feel at home anywhere in the world when you can communicate with them.
Nowadays, learning a new language is not that difficult, at least when you are still young and the brain is still very active making new neuronal connections. Later in life, let's say after 40, it may become more challenging to learn new languages.
I think everyone should be fluent with at least 2 languages.
