Basically I got into the Bachelor of Business at a renown university with 90% graduate success rate.
However I may be getting promoted at my current job that I've been at for the past nearly 10 years.
is it better to be a manager at my job or to study a bachelors?
(I want to travel for job so which is better - experience or certificate of completion)

With a degree you can go far in life, however, more and more work establishments require work experience. Is there a possibility to try to cope with both? Not necessarily moving up the ladder right now for the promotion (unless you can do that and still keep the position somehow) but figuring out a way to continue part time whilst studying hard. The degree opens more doors, allows you to meet other like minded individuals and gives you room to create own adventures which will be remembered for life. The work will allow you to stay in the same place, allowing you to get more experience in the field and earn more money to travel. Question is what is your dream? What do you want to accomplish and whether or not you are happy to continue living wherever you are for next x number of years or want to have accomplished something.
On another hand if you have great relationship with the current job owners/managers, maybe there still is room for you to come back after your studies and continue there.
