My HR who hired me recently is an impatient person who is constantly giving me impractical works and expecting me to do all the work without fail. She refuses to listen to my explanations and refuses to clarify my questions regarding the work and expects me to achieve her impractical targets and is short tempered and feels that everyone should be on her toes and insults me if I make a valid point or if I refuse to do some of her impractical works. She insults me before everyone if I talk with intelligence. She insults me to feel superior before everyone. She says me get out if I don't do her impractical work when she is the one who forcefully made me accept her job offer. I want to resign after coming across this attitude of her but she is again saying me to stay with the job and feels that I am capable of doing her impractical work. Is it necessary to work for her when she is this egoistic and treats all employees like her property where she can insult, demean, feel superior by stepping on other employees self respect, she doesn't want to understand employees concern and is completely selfish that she expects to get rich by employees but doesn't want to treat employees rightly? Should I leave this job?
Is it necessary to work for an egoistic HR?

I am person with self respect and can't respect her attitude anymore. I don't like working for her. I am better off resigning rather than to work for her

A true saying in HR and recrjitment is "people don't leave jobs, rhey lesve bosses".
Normal to do, and a good sign to move on if HR is unreasonable.
Not necessary... but make sure you have some alternative
I rejected many job offers with high packages for this job and in the end, I'm dealing with this kind of HR. I have many other better alternatives other than this but I feel bad for accepting her job offer to see her attitude in this manner. She does time pass in office cracking silly jokes with her senior employees but treats her junior employees like this assigning impractical works which she isn't even capable of doing herself. While she assigns this long of impractical works to us, she enjoys roaming in the office and cracking silly jokes
Then you should think for another one... you can not grow under incompetent leadership...
Remember your growth is also based on your leader quality...
Yeah
Update : I got a better job from a more better company after I left her company and job
Congratulations Buddy!!! Wishing you the best luck for future assignements...
