I would never accept a degrading job. Under no fucking circumstances.
If it requires hard work that is perfectly fine, but degrading? No fucking way.
I would leave a job for multiple reasons. I will share some:
If I felt underappreciated, if they gave me additional responsibilities unrelated to my role without giving me a raise, if I felt that it could no longer teach me anything.
