What about your job keeps you there?

For me, I love the people I work with. They're so open and not afraid to say what's on their mind. Yet, also compassionate; not only about the job they do but also towards others. I can crack jokes (even the more dark humorous ones) and not feel like I'm crossing a line with them.

As for the job itself, I find it hard-working, yet fun. It definitely has me moving around a lot and getting me more and more out of my comfort zone. Which is good honestly. Before I was there, I was still an introvert. Now I don't feel afraid to walk up to someone random and say "how're you?" Or "what can I do for ya?"

All of it has me still learning and working hard not only physically but mentally. I hope I can keep progressing in this job and hopefully have my own business very similar to it in the future.
