I have a friend who is an IT manager for a big tech company. He is so stressed there and unhappy with his his colleagues and staff. I told him to find something else but he doesn't want to because the pay is too good (six digits). I told him that he doesn't have a wife or kids (nor does he want kids) so his expenses is minimal. But no. He prefers to stay for the money, but constantly complains.

No I didn’t last. I was an aircraft structural mechanic as a civil service employee. I fucking hated it despite the great pay and killer benefits.
