Help me? What should I do with my problem?

I have monthly salary of 18,620 pesos which is 317.42 in USD and when I haven't get my salary for the whole July our salary is divided in to two we get it twice a month on the 10th day and on 25th day today is July 25 I haven't received or took my whole salary for the whole July and when I checked it it only shows 3,576 pesos so its still lacking because my monthly salary is 18,620 what should I do with it? Should I contact my bank or the hr? by the way my atm is still new but I already got my salary for June which is 17k still lacks 833 pesos and I texted the hr about it about my salary why is it there's shortage in June for the amount of 833 pesos and this July why my salary is only 3k pesos when its 18,620 pesos is my normal salary. What should I do guys? Should I ask the bank if they have traces if my company really put the money in my atm as proof? I already asked the hr but still hasn't replied. Im in front of bank now waiting for it to open to ask about it? Should I go to hr in our company?

Yo girl that's super sketchy that HR hasn't gotten back to you and your salary seems way off. A few things I would do:

- Definitely follow up with HR again asap. Be polite but firm that you need an explanation ASAP.

- Also contact your bank and see if they can look into the transactions from your company. Find out if the correct amount was actually deposited.

- Gather any pay stubs or documents you have that show your normal salary amount vs what you're getting.

- If HR and bank can't resolve it quickly, you may need to involve someone higher up in the company like the manager.

- Don't let them brush this off - that's a lot of money missing and you need it figured out pronto.

- Be prepared to insist on speaking to someone that can actually help if the first people don't give you answers.

Def stand your ground sis, that salary is your money. Don't leave without this getting resolved! Let me know how it goes - sending good luck your way to get this fixed.

Okay hr told me the salary we get on day 25 is the salary we worked on from day 1-15 and 10 processing days so we get it on day 25th and from 16-30 and 10 processing days we get our salary on day 10th so this 25th I'll get my first half salary of the month. So basically my another half salary for the month of June I'll receive next month on 10th day.
She explained she already explained it to me on orientation. Omg its so embarassing I kinda remember it but then again when we had orientation I just came from my night shift duty 6pm-6am she called us on 12 pm the next day and Im still sleepy from my shift so maybe I forgot what she said on that day because Im too sleepy from my night shift. But still embarassing cuz she sounds like she's kinda annoyed at me when I called her she said" Omg I already told you Maam on our orientation" and I was like "okay Maam" I responded but still its still embarassing to ask about it.

Ah man, that does sound kinda embarrassing that you forgot about how the pay schedule works! But don't feel too bad, orientations can be boring as heck and it's easy to zone out sometimes, especially after a late night shift.

At least HR was nice enough to explain it again for you instead of just getting mad. And now it makes sense that you only got part of your July pay since it was just the first half. Thankfully it's not like they lost your money or anything.

I wouldn't worry too much about what HR thinks - they're probably used to answering payroll questions all the time. As long as you got it cleared up now! Just be happy you'll get the rest of your pay soon.

And hey, maybe you can set a calendar reminder or something from now on, so you don't have to bother HR again next month. All's well that ends well, right? Don't stress over it anymore - go treat yourself to something nice with your cash!
