Am I going to get fired?

I got a head of department job last year which had a 6month probation. When i got to six months they extended it by two more months aa they said i wasn't managing my work load vert well (even though there is so much work i have been working into the night)

They are always make passive agressive digs at me and this afternoon one of the Directord shouted at me because he left i was talking to my colleague too loud whilst he was on an important call.

I have my probation meet tomorrow at 9.30am and im so scared im going tk get fired. Surely 8 months probation is unusualy long?

He shouted at you? I would have quit on the spot and I would have started looking elsewhere. They probably won't fire you since they still need you, but if I were you I would start looking for another job with a better environment.
Also if you want to reassure yourself on whether they will fire you, you could look up if they are recently looking to hire someone else under your job title.
