Nope. I've never seen them on any tops lists.
Granted, those lists have a lot to be desired. The true quality of a school in not easy to define or measure. The prestigious universities that produce a lot of over-achievers are highly selective. If they only admit the top students, then of course they will graduate top students, whether their academic education is good or not.
But "prestigious" is about name and reputation, whether it deserves it or not.
