No. Chaos theory has some relation perhaps in that it talks about how patterns emerge from chaos and chaos emerges from patterns. But linear algebra is just.. well, linear. To expect to be able to map human behavior without some nonlinear representation - at the very least Gaussian - seems unrealistic.
