So I was thinking about it recently but my entire life i have meowed barked bleating ( goat or deer noise) cat choffing making horses noise and I use it to communicate I always have my family don't do it just me but I don't know why I do it i just do. Along with jurking my fingers around if I can't remember something or rotating my wrists/thumb or pressing my arms when I feel stressed or uncomfortable
Why do I do these things I honestly don't think I could stop even if I wanted to

It sounds like you're describing various repetitive behaviors and vocalizations that you engage in to communicate or cope with certain situations. These behaviors can be considered as stimming, which is common in individuals with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorders, or other conditions. It's essential to remember that everyone is unique, and these behaviors might serve a specific purpose for you, such as self-regulation or expression.
If you're concerned about these behaviors and how they impact your daily life, it could be beneficial to consult a healthcare professional or therapist who specializes in behavior and sensory issues. They can provide more insights and strategies to help you better understand and manage these behaviors, if desired. However, it's also important to embrace and accept yourself as you are, as long as these behaviors are not causing harm or distress to you or others.
