Scared and nervous to start my second job at Amazon?

I picked up a 2nd job at Amazon warehouse to bring more income in because i was falling behind on my bills but now that i have a start date for the job i don’t wanna go. How can i overcome my sacredness im not sure why i all of a sudden dont wanna go anymore at all

Your anxiety has a root likely in the fear of having to start over, that or you remember all the rumors about how terrible Amazon can be to their employees. They’ll still pay you well, and you’ll be fine. If you need to throw up, do it. Get it out of your system.
Remember that anxiety is the imagined belief that you won’t be able to handle what’s ahead of you. The reality is you don’t know what’s going to happen and that unknown just fuels more anxiety about whether or not you’ll be able to handle it. Just go, see what happens, you’ll handle it, and you’ll be okay no matter if you can or can’t handle it. Amazon won’t kill you.

I always feel nervous when I'm about to start on a new job. It might be hard in the beginning, but then you'll get used to it.

Just remember that you can do this and everything will be alright.

Have a private word with the boss.

Tell him/ her that although you will give it your best, you are not sure you can handle both jobs in accordance with the way Amazon needs you to.. So if you think you may be taking on too much, you would like to be able to speak to them again about reducing back to the one job:-

You see, IF you start by saying that, you are showing them you are conscientious and that will not put your other job with them in jeopardy!

If you DON'T do that, it might make it awkward for you in the other role! Also, it takes the pressure off.

Sorry to hear that. Not sure what the job market is like near you, but where I live there are major shortages of employees in positions like that, so they might need you far more than you need them. Because of that they'll likely be far more forgiving if it takes you a little time to get adept at the job.

Don't worry, you are going to ace this just like you did the first job. Take a deep breath and relax. Try not to think of any obstacles or negativity but picture instead a favorable out come.

I am always a little nervous when I start a new job. I do not know your employment history but try to think that you have started jobs before and after a few days you start to get used to it.

Be careful they are stengy with restroom breaks, not kidding, a buddy of mine worked in the warehouse close to me, and thry told him to keep an extra bottle for when he had to pee.
