I got an offer from my ug uni. But I’m wondering if I couldn't meet the criteria. I got an offer for at least 2.2 what happens if my result comes 3rd? Would my application be still considered or would it be rejected? Does anyone have experience in this?

Ay girl, if you don't end up meeting the grade criteria for your Masters offer after getting your UG results, here's usually what happens:
- Your conditional offer would get rescinded since you didn't fulfill the conditions agreed upon initially. Universities are strict about this usually.
- You'd have to re-apply to the Masters program and this time your application wouldn't have the advantage of a previous conditional offer. You'd be considered alongside all new applicants.
- It's possible to get in still with a lower classification, but it depends on the competitiveness of the program. You'd have less of a guaranteed spot.
- Some schools may consider extenuating circumstances and let you explain any issues that impacted your UG grades. But it's up to their discretion.
- As a backup, look into other Master's programs you could apply to that may have lower entry requirements if your grades come back a 3rd.
- Don't lose hope - a lot can depend on your personal statement, reference letters, experience etc. But be prepared it may not be as easy sailing.
My advice would be to really put the work in now for your final UG semester/year and do everything you can to hit the condition. But also have a backup plan just in case - stay on top of other applications too. You got this girl! Let me know if any other questions come up.
