How do I vet a job?

I have cv & resumé and searches everywere on the internet

By attaching the "sexiest" yet professional picture to your CV/RESUME, and you'll see how fast the "hyenas" are gonna call you for "interview"... Sadly this what came down to since the "tech" made its way in our lives, the Face 2 face interviews kinda gone out the window, the Serious Employers are no more left than 10% out there... All are just after your "how much profit you can bring" in to the company, relationship between Employer/Employee became sexualised in Nature, and the "cherry on top" is that they Do Not Give A Shit about you! If you say you have a family emergency, or call sick... their line would be..."you can find yourself another job/you're fired"... so yeah! This is "kinda" the "work today"...🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️, But Good luck anyway! 👍

Best way is through connections. Do ur friends, family, or anyone u have connection to have connections themself to a potential job you'd want? Think past teachers, friends with similar goals who have found a job, anyone especially who could vouch for you as a good person to hire.

Chances are at some point a place they work at or have connection to will have a job opening. If they're paying attention for it they'll know and can tell you, you get in there& apply, and they can put in a word for you & that will help ur chances a lot.

Definitely not a guarantee but if uve already tried the numbers game of just sending out a bunch of applications to everywhere, then it's worth at least getting in touch with some people & asking them to keep an ear open for you in case an opportunity comes up. Good luck

It's about numbers. Apply for hundreds of jobs. Something will turn up. Have patience.

If you have any kind of experience, education, knowledge, skill, or experience that is in demand, then highlight it and try to target companies that might need you. But whether you do or not, it's about numbers.
