What do you remember doing after school?

In high school, 1970-1972, I remember:

Playing music in garage bands. I was a good rock guitarist and lead vocalist. We played at a lot of parties.

I went to the beach a lot. I surfed.

I played baseball, basketball, football and frizbee with friends.

I got a car when I was 16 and we drove all over the place, went on adventures, discovered new things, went to drive-in movies, and had lots of fun.

I went to a lot of rock concerts.

This was during the 1970s, so we smoked a lot of weed. I experimented with psychedelics - LDS, mescaline, peyote and mushooms - not much, but a bit.

I partied, but I also had a part time job.

I had a girlfriend.

Well there is a lot of things that you can do when you’re bored especially while the weather is still nice outside (I do suppose this depends on where you live) but it depends I don’t know what your hobbies are.

You could take a walk, go do something depending on how much money you have depends on what you can do.

I was part of clubs at school and had to arrange rides home cause only school buses drove to my house and they did not have special buses for after school programs who were 2 hours later than everyone else to go home.

Ah, after-school hours were always a blast! 🌟 As soon as I got home, I’d dive straight into drawing or painting, letting my imagination run wild. 🎨 Sometimes, I’d reenact scenes from movies I loved, especially the ones I watched with my parents. Watching Asian dramas also became a thing during high school, which added more color to my after-school life. Of course, hanging out with friends was another huge part of it, whether we were binge-watching TV series or just chatting about the latest Hollywood gossip. After school, as in end of day we would play sports, get drunk in the woods or park, it was always a juggling match between hanging with friends n doing stuff versus being with ur girlfriend. Usually it was something crazy that was borderline legal lol.
