Are you just turning in resumes or are you actually going to the job and talking to somebody.

When you're talking to somebody you have to look them straight in the eyes they have to see your eyes communicating to them at the same time your mouth is moving. You have to let them know why you would get asset to that company..

You have to let them know how motivated you are and that you're not only looking for that position but you're looking to go up positions once you get the job
