School budgets are being drained for Spanish Translators and free lunches due to unlimited immigration. Is it fair to the community?

Before the Great Recession the same problem existed. Schools were inundated with new students everyday and it greatly increased the need for Spanish speaking translators and free school lunches which meant that other programs had to be cut.

Once the Great Recession hit, many families went home to Mexico and Central America. Now they are back and teachers are voicing their concerns but no one is listening. Is it fair?

I think teachers need to be more vocal about it so voters know but that also may explain their silence given their voting pattern of Democrat. But some are speaking out. No doubt after the election more will when they want more money.
