Not as amazing as you'd think. It's a bit like a drug user thinking it would be amazing to be a drug dealer because you get to be around all the drugs. Then they are given a shot, try to use all the drugs, and are on the hook to pay for it since they were their own customer. The idea that it will be easier to sleep with sexy women if you are around them isn't wrong but that's pretty specifically not the job. If you do it you are fucking up the assignment and it will eventually lead to abject failure. Your job is to make them look good for others, not yourself. Any thought spent on how to get them for yourself is antagonistic to your job. And its almost impossible not to think it unless you are gay - which of course is probably why the overwhelming majority of leaders in the modeling industry are gay men.

That sounds fucking awful bro. I used to work with tons of hot young girls and it was the most annoying management job I've ever had. By far. They would all fight with each other, need constant handholding, flirt with me (probably just a manipulation tactic) and cause HR complaints constantly.
