Japan has the best scores but not an ethnicity. Also see my mytake they have a bit higher iq so easier for them.

Take u. s. with average i. q. and score high, even less than highest is bigger success. Average iq in u. s. was far better than average!

It has nothing to do with race and more to do with how they form numbers in various languages that makes maths easier. Their schools also teach differently placing more emphasis on learning of by heart eg reciting tables.
