This is where I'm at. Quality of life stuff matters more now. Once you're at 100k+ it's really about having a good work life balance, because the money doesn't make much of a difference to someone that isn't a consumer.

@BetaBucks yeah I’m pretty content, I work at home 3 days a week, my office is only 4 miles from my house, I make good money, get 34 days holiday per year inclusive of public holidays, the pension could be better but u can’t have everything.
