No way to answer that without a thorough comparison of the two jobs! Am I desperate for money, or more concerned with my quality of life?
If quality of life is the main concern and I can get ALONG at the salary I earn presently, then the answer is no. However, if I'm financially pinched, I can give up quality of life for the short term to meet my financial obligations.
One can always pull back to a parallel job, or seek another that satisfies quality of life issues at a decent salary. Might take more work to FIND such a job, but after the money issues are settled, that is the longterm goal.
Yes I absolutely would, ultimately in the long run I'm all about chasing the money. Even if it involves more work to do so, it's something I'd be happy to do because it gives me a lot more financial stability. :)
Why would I fo that? Money isn't everything.
In my career, I took jobs that I enjoyed, and that did something for the benefitted society. Sone may think I was fortunate, and I was, but I made good choices that turned out well.
I said no but it honestly depends. What's the work? How are the benefits? What kind of hours are you looking at? Pay is a considerable question to answer, but it is far from the only one.

Pretty much gonna have to but only if its “better treatment”. Like i’d like to enjoy going to work and i just dont
I'm not working at the moment but if I was I wouldn't do that. My mental health and well-being are much more important than money.
Hell yeah. I'm already sitting at work and searching for the next and better paid job
Oh but you should always look out what that "more work" means, is it still acceptable or too much more work?
cause my motto is work enough, but don't overwork yourself for some stupid ass employer..
you should only put in 100%+ effort when it's your own business but for others 80% should be the max.. personally but you need to convey your employer that your 80% is your 100% lol
Depends on how much more pay, how much more work and if I’d hate the work.
It's depends on how the environment of the other establishment must be before deciding on switching over.
My job is not at all laid back but mostly I like it.
Really depends on workload increase versus salary increase
Someone once told me, do what you love. If you enjoy it, you'll do well and the pay should follow.
To me, liking a job is the most important part of any job. Hopefully it pays enough to pay expenses.
I’ve been offered that chance. I would not.
how much more we talking?
In a heartbeat I would leave.
Yes. Money is everything!
Yes I sure would.
For sure
