I've been shortlisted for the second interview to the job I'm applying for.

It is the same pay but would have a few late night finishes till about 8pm and some early morning starts.

I'm really hating my current job and want to leave.

It's the same job and offers job promotions of they think you're doing good work.

It's right across the road from my current job so not losing out on much.

Would you take the job for some late nights? They pay you for overtime also, which is cool.

I don't know if I have it but would you take the new job?

I'm my current job due to heavy lifting which is giving me shoulder pain. I won't be doing heavy lifting in the new job

If it has better prospects then take it. Or use job offer as leverage at current firm for better pay/conditions
