I wanted to try to move my way up, management, a woman who makes schedules doesn’t increase my hours despite working hard. But I’m starting to resent the job.

At my old job, I wasn't perfect. I could only do a small number of jobs while others could do many types of different jobs. Also I was sometimes messy while others were super clean. But the boss always gave me as many hours as legally possible because I made more money for them than the other employees. I would serve sometimes 8 times or 10 times as many customers as the other employees who were cleaner and neater and more intelligent than me but could not compete with my speed.

Well I mean you should still keep the job because it’s just once a week, some money is better than no money. But yeah, in the meantime, to look for other jobs.
