I hope you're not trying to memorize the consequences up to 2024? That would be overkill.
But, trying to be helpful: With anything history based, maybe try to connect what you learn with real things or even your imagination, until what you learn makes more sense. Because it sucks to learn anything from the sake of learning, memory works better when you find a meaning to associate with infirmation

Mnemonics, memorisation techniques. It can help order the info in an easy to memorise way. There is another way, but it is a bit technical.

If it is a bunch of information, first use chatgpt to distill and shorten it into easy to understand chunks. Then edit the text to make it easy to listen to. Copy and paste the text into a text to speech site. Download the mp3 and keep listening to it. (This is the way I created to revise for my University exams which I usually ace)
