Well I'm a bartender and one of the best tips is to get out all the glasses for the drinks for some reason having the glasses their helps you remember what is going in them.
Also repeating the order back to yourself in your head the same way the customer said it helps.
it takes an insanely long time for me to remember things, but i think you should try get the most important bits from the page and write it down / make flashcards or something. or you could record yourself reading the page and listen to it over and over again, then it should get stuck in your brain

I think this significantly depends on what you are trying to memorize.
What are you trying to memorize that motivated you to ask this question?
Sorry, you have to memorize.
Test yourself or with a friend over and over and over.
The last thing that I had to memorize like that was the phonetic alphabet. I did that about 4 years ago.
