Whats the best study technique to memorize stuff quickly?

Flashcards has been mentioned... if you like diagrams, mindmaps are good to connect concepts together.
If there're acronyms, some odd sounding sentence helps sometimes.
I would just condense everything into very simple notes that I read and explain out loud until I can do it without looking.

You could use the five second rule: five seconds to go over what you're trying to memorize, then write everything you remember. Repeat until you can write the whole thing down in one go.
