Should I push through or quit?

I just started a new job as an EKG technician and never worker this position before let alone at a hospital so everything is brand new to me. I am also a part time student while also only working one day at my other job which is at a country club. I started this new job as an EKG technician because I wanted experience in the medical fiel since my goal is to be an Echo sonographer and thought working at a hospital would be great experience in the long run. However starting this new job my co workers have told me how tiring my position will be since I would be a floater and being the floater is very draining. Another thing is that I am now making a lot less than what I was making at the country club so the double work on top of the pay cut has me rethinking of everything. Another thing that I am starting to realize how much the comute sucks It sometimes takes me one hour to get home from work. Lastly everyone in my department complains how bad the management is, how short staffed they are and how the turnover is 100%. I dont know what I got myself into Im not sure if to stay and stick it through cause it might be worth it in the long run or quit while I can? Please help!
