That is not what it is at all. A guy who likes you isn’t going to flat out ignore you time after time, even if he doesn’t know what to say. You are literally giving him topics to engage with, all he has to do is reply. If you comment on his IG story saying “what is that restaurant called? It looks cool and I really wanna go!” He doesn’t have to put any effort into what to say. It’s right there.
