Should I try or call it quits?

The past three weeks I've been texting this guy that I work with and he would text me daily and during work. He told me I was cute and he liked me the whole 9 yards. I thought things were good between us. However, as of 4 days ago, radio silence. He has not texted me, or tried to really make a plan with me. I don't know if he lost interest cause I didn't give him sex. He talked to me today at work and he initiated the conversation but I'm feeling kind of sad that the fling might be over? Do I say something or do I just walk away?

Girl, I know that feeling sucks when someone pulls back like that out of nowhere! But from what you described, this guy seems a little flaky.

A few thoughts - some guys will amp up all the charm and affection early on just to try and get in your pants quick. Then when they realize you're not about that, they bail. Not saying that's definite, just a possibility with his sudden cold shoulder.

It also could be he got spooked if things were starting to feel like more than a fling. Talking every day then silence is a red flag though.

I'd say try one last sincere text - something like "Hey, noticed you've been distant. Did I do something wrong?" And pay attention to his answer. No explanation? Then he's not worth your time.

If he comes up with excuses, believe his actions over words moving forward. Try not to chase or fall for empty promises.

You deserve someone willing to put in real effort from the jump! Don't settle and don't overthink it - keep it moving if he can't step up. One silly workplace crush ain't worth your peace, girl!
