I work in a tip based business (think waiter). How do I compete with the (pretty) women at work for tips?

You have to be charismatic as hell, and do so in a way that’s not invasive to the space of the people at the table. And I don’t see why you feel the need to compete when your tables are usually assigned to specific sections that only you are supposed to serve, it shouldn’t be a competition at that point. Your section is yours, and their section is theirs.

Why are you competing with women if you're a waiter? You have your own tables. Shouldn't be competitive.
