Should I write two books at the same time, details below?

I read the only way you can copyright a name is if you publish a series of books. If you only publish one book, you can't copyright the name unless you found your own business and purchase trade marks in every single country you want to sell books in and trademarks can cost thousands and might take years to be approved by bureaucracy. You might need a lawyer too which is even more fees. And if you do not trademark your name, somebody might use your name to start a business and then pretend to be affiliated with you. The thing is, I might have to read at least 4000 pages to write a second variant of my book, because the second variant version of my book requires precise data that cannot be hypothesized with guesses. So it is either one book I can finish in several months or two books that take years to finish but will be copyrighted and protected by trademark.
