How do I tell my boss I quit and not working out my two weeks notice?

I've been accepted for a new job and start in two weeks.

I've been treated badly here by my boss and a few others in my "team"and I want to quit.

How do I say this nicely without getting them angry?

I also don't want to take part in the Exit Interview.

As mentioned I was treated badly by my boss and the HR boss who does the Exit Interview.

I have nothing nice to say, so for me it would be a waste of time.

You don't have to put in two weeks notice in America, it is considered polite and professional to do so but it is in no way required by law. Same thing for an exit interview.

Generally the two weeks and exit interview is what you do so the company as a whole can begin to find a replacement for you or determine why you left the company for reasons relevant to market competition more than how they can improve.

Most states in the US have laws stating that they cannot withhold your final pay for not doing either of those as well but it never hurts to double check your states laws.

Finally, you can simply turn in whatever property of the company you may have, uniforms or badges or laptops or whatever and be out free and clear but doing things this way will burn the bridge with the company you worked at. Simply drop off their property and leave.

There isn't necessarily any reason to tell them anything. Two week notices and exit interviews are just for people who care about leaving on good terms in case they ever want to come back. If you have another job and don't want to come back, simply stop showing up. You'll probably just get more hostility from your boss anyway.
