How do I ask for behavioral accomodation at a workplace?

It just seems so vague. I have held 25+ jobs since the age of 15, and I have been fired from most of them. It is difficult how to be specific on accommodations. Additional job coaching is specific. The other one, how do I ask? Can I have additional tolerance of my social and behavioral shortcomings? Is that a good way to request an accommodation?

I am on the spectrum by the way.

Maybe an extended amount of official warnings before termination, unless my behavior is particularly egregious?
