How do I ask for behavioral accomodation at a workplace?

It just seems so vague. I have held 25+ jobs since the age of 15, and I have been fired from most of them. It is difficult how to be specific on accommodations. Additional job coaching is specific. The other one, how do I ask? Can I have additional tolerance of my social and behavioral shortcomings? Is that a good way to request an accommodation?

I am on the spectrum by the way.

If you want some kind of free pass to act out of line on the job, you're going to need some kind of medical documentation from a doctor or psychiatrist stating that you suffer from some kind of condition. In some places they are legally required to make reasonable accommodation for that, and in some places they aren't. You can't just say "I'm on the spectrum" and expect your out of line behavior to be excused. If you can't perform the job or get along with co-workers, they can still get rid of you. I suggest you practice some self-discipline and learn how to not get fired.
