Could I go to jail if I dont get my license reinstated?

Back in July I was arrested for reckless driving. $500 fine. 40 hrs community service, and 2 years bench probation. My license was suspended for 90 days. I've been trying to get it reinstated, and it's just a big pain in the ass. At this point I feel like just not getting my license back. I don't see how I could, but could I go to jail for that?
