Not having drivers license turn off?

There is this girl that I like, but there is a dilemma. 1 am 18, but I don't have my drivers license. This is not because I don't want to get it, it is because I have an eye condition that won't allow me to get it. She is 15 and doesn't have her drivers license. I would really like to ask her out, but I don't know how much of an issue this is by me not having my license. Ladies, your thoughts?

lol such a turn off man, you won't ever EVER have a girl even look at you let alone go out with you if you don't have a drivers license.

They can detect it, they have drivign license sensors, it shows in your body language and they can tell "Eeeeeeew that guy hasn't got a license blegh creep!". And so you're doomed.

And even if you get your license late, they will see you as a lesser man for not havign had it fast enough. They will be like "Ugh he got his license after 18, he must have such a small cock! Also he probably a creep!".

So sorry to break it to you mate, but you have to resign yourself to a life a celibacy from now on as you're going to be shunned by the opposite gender forevermore...

Wow this sounds like the relationship that I have with my boyfriend. He's 20 and doesn't have a license, I'm 17, but I got my license 6 months ago, but I still don't have my own car. Honeslty, all I do is wait for him to get home because he works a lot.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE that he doesn't have a license, it makes him seem lazy or uncapable(in your case you really are uncapable of attaining one).

Just explain that to her. You guys don't HAVE to go on dates that require a car. You can have a picnic easily without one.

Call me petty. I would fear her parents. The age gap is a little steep. I hope you just turned 18 and she is turning 16 soon. Anywho... I wouldn't be turned off long as we had some way of getting to see each other. I have no license and I'm 20.. ( severe traffic anxiety. I would fear getting jail time (wich is a big deal since my record is clean so far) and living the rest of my life as a level 2 or 1 sex offender (level 1 is the highest and level 3 is the lowest)

You kidding me? I have a friend that just did a month in jail for that he is on house arrest( out on bail) and has a court date that might slap him with up to 3 years for the exact same thing! Her parents took it that far.

aww... it wouldn't really bother me, if I liked the guy. A guy who drives, shouldn't be the issue. If she lives nearby then that's great. some girls get very hyped about having a car and a license, I'm not 1 of them. & ihope she isn't aswell.

It wouldn't bother me at all. Granted, I have my license, but you can't help it. It could get frustrating at times, but you could find ways to make it work.:) I see not having a license as a minor thing, definitely compared to like herpes or an extra arm. (No offense to people with herpes or an extra arm):D
