I feel like a normal day is a copy of the next. I'm sure it's the result of white privilege. I wake up, have some coffee, use the bathroom, shower, dress, work a bit, make some food, eat some food. The houses in my neighborhood all look the same, with slight variations on where the porch is located, or the color. I'm not bored per se, just uninspired.
In my 20s, I would literally put everything I owned in a big pile and burn it: my journals, photos, pictures, books. Everything that made me ME would go in a fire and I would start over. Now that I'm older, I have nicer stuff though.
I was thinking maybe I should spend a weekend in the wilderness, banging on a drum, until I set my spirit free. Maybe a moment will come when I'm like, wow, life is pretty amazing.
