I am a first time home owner I purchased my first home. The closing everything went great no issue I got approved.
Now the only issue I have is with the apartment Imperials staff they're douched and money hungry teams. If I knew better I would do the walk threw along with manager Olivia it's her name.
I give up the apartment downstairs to the staff and team told them thank you called it a day moving on.
Now Olivia give me a call that the carpets are damaged and I need to pay for shit I didn't damaged and claim. my dog damage the cabinet corner when it was like that when I first moving during Covid when they were huge about distance. I live in Imperial apartments for five years and this the crap they come up with. I called corporate to address the issue.
Do all apartment staff play this crap try to rip people off?
