I have it. I take abilify for it. It started back in 2021. I was hearing voices and checked myself into a hospital because I was having suicidal thoughts. They kept me there for about a week and in that week I thought they could hear my thoughts. It was awful. Once I got on medication, the voices went away and the paranoia of people hearing my thoughts also went away... well somewhat went away. Sometimes it's still there. Those thoughts. But I try to push them away because I know it's crazy.
In 2020 I went into psychosis due to my schizophrenia. I was in psychosis for 2 years until they finally gave me a med that worked. (there was a couple months break due to a medication they gave me, it gave me so many side effects I stopped taking it and I went right back into psychosis)
Dm me if you have some extra time and feel comfortable enough to talk about it. I have a couple of questions abut your experience :)
Ok I will!
Nope. Psychosis but that's as close as I got
If you feel comfortable enough dm me so I can ask you a few questions about your experience. I have schizophrenia and was in psychosis for 2 years (couple months break due to a medication i ended up not taking due to the side effects). Like I said dm me if you feel comfortable enough to answer some questions :)
Sure, add me
I'm in 2 minds about that
What do you mean? Did you have an experience with psychosis? Or schizophrenia? Or have symptoms but aren’t diagnosed?
